4th in the Park Celebration
City of Marietta's 4th of July Let Freedom Ring Parade, Festival, and Fireworks Show
4th in the Park is a fun family friendly event combining 3 major highlights.
The annual City of Marietta Let Freedom Ring Parade is the kick off to the 4th in the Park Celebration in Marietta Square. Traveling from Roswell Street Baptist Church and through the Marietta Square, the parade showcases a variety of local community civic organizations, schools, bands, businesses and leaders. Typically, there are about 100 entries and about 2,000 participants in each years parade, and with an estimated 30,000 spectators it is a great start to a day of celebration.
During the day, families can celebrate on the Square with local craft and food vendors while enjoying music from the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, and other local artists or partaking in any of our many games and activities. The evening will end with a Headlining Concert from Chuck Martin and the Line Up.
Then to close, the festival will culminate in a firework show that can be seen throughout the City.
